All our fresh dairy products are made with care in our farm dairy. We endeavour to source our other main ingredients from local Sussex producers.
We are most renowned as a maker of real dairy ice cream, and more recently have started bottling our own fully pasteurized, non-homogenised milk. This is guaranteed to be truly local “Sussex Milk”! Naturally, we supply fresh double cream, and also produce a range of delicious fruit sorbets
As we are a family business, everyone is involved. Sarah and Ralph oversee the daily production work. We also have regular assistants Katy, Justine and Sim to help with the ice cream production. Steve works with us on the milk production line. Their hard work is invaluable in keeping everything running smoothly.
