Ice Cream MakingAll our fresh dairy products are made with care in our farm dairy. We endeavour to source our other main ingredients from local Sussex producers.

We are most renowned as a maker of real dairy ice cream, but we also bottle our own fully pasteurized, non-homogenised milk.  This is guaranteed to be truly local “Sussex Milk”!  Naturally, we supply fresh double cream, and also produce a range of delicious fruit sorbets

As we are a family business, everyone is involved.
